The Rev. Dr. Prentice Kinser III

The author of Limitless Living, A Guide to Unconventional Spiritual Exploration and Growth,  Prentice Kinser III, D.Min., serves full-time as the Rector of two Episcopal parishes in Virginia.

Dr. Kinser has been an ordained minister (Episcopal priest) for over 30 years, has received a Doctor of Ministry degree in pastoral counseling and psychotherapy, has also earned M.Div., M.B.A., and B.A. degrees, is certified as a Pastoral Counselor and Fellow by the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, serves on the Board of the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists, and is himself a National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.

After college Dr. Kinser explored a variety of vocations as a chemistry and physics teacher, as administrative assistant to the Dean of the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, as vice president of Motivational Concepts, Inc., as a real estate broker in Charlottesville, Virginia, and even attended medical school for three semesters. 

Dr. Kinser is the author of the doctoral thesis Prophecy, Trance and Transference: Hypnosis as a Pastoral Counseling Modality, of Limitless Living, A Guide....  He and his wife currently reside on the Northern Neck of Virginia and are parents of three children and four grandchildren.
